Information we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects this data on our behalf under Google's privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
Contact form. If you submit the form on our Get Started page, the information you provide (name, organization, email, phone, and your message) is transmitted to Zoho CRM, the customer-relationship system ETTE uses to manage inquiries, and is handled under Zoho's privacy policy. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.
The readiness check. The AI Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and score are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere unless you choose to send them via the contact form.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers on this site.
- We do not add form submitters to marketing email lists. You'll hear from a person about your inquiry — that's it.
Data retention and your choices
Contact inquiries are retained in our CRM for as long as needed to manage the relationship or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing sales@ette.biz or calling 202-345-1965, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can limit analytics collection with browser settings, content blockers, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works fully without analytics cookies.
Third-party links
This site links to external sites (including ettebiz.com and cited sources on our research pages). Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
